I believe that if students are challenged with the material that they are learning. If students are engaged with how I teach the material then I believe that they are doing their role as students, and I am doing a good job as the teacher. I believe if students are asking questions on the material, then the students are being challenged and learning. I believe if a student hands in their work early then they have not finished the assignment or they need to add more to their work. I believe if a student wants to redo an assignment then they want to learn from their mistake and get the marks, they deserve on an assignment.
